At RTD, we are committed to providing you with healthy and vibrant Bearded-Dragons for you to enjoy for many years. With that being said please take a moment to read through our policies thoroughly though most experiences we have had with customers are pleasurable and even turn into friendships, unfortunately as a small business we have been the victims of Scammers and have to implement these poli​ices to protect you as the buyer along with us as well. • You Must be atleast 18 years of age to purchase.

 

• We reserve the right to refuse the sale to anyone at our discretion we love our animals and want nothing but the best home for each of them.

​

• All of our animals are guaranteed to be accurately described and in good health.

​

 

• We do our best to determine the sex of the animal but we can not guarantee it.

​

 

• Live animal is guaranteed as long as someone picks up the animal on the first day from your closest HUB.

​

 

• We only ship animals to be held at a HUB for pickup Do Not Ask us to ship to your place of residence.

​

 

• All animals are shipped priority overnight via FedEx through reptiles2you on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery or Wednesday for Thursday delivery we do not ship on Mondays or Friday's for the safety of the animal.

​

 

• We do not ship Bearded-dragons in Temperatures higher than the Mid 90"s and no lower then 40 degrees.

​

 

• In the rare event that the animal does arrive deceased we must be notified within 30 minutes of the carrier's time stamp in order to determine to process a refund or choose another animal of equal value. Photo proof of the deceased animal is required.

​

 

• We will hold a animal that is listed for over 400 dollars for 30 days with a 25 percent non-refundable deposit once the deposit has been made the buyer then has 30 days to pay the remaining balance in full if balance has surpassed the allotted time frame the seller reserves the the to cancel the sale and repost the animal up for sale.

​

 

• Fraudulent Charge Backs in the event that a buyer decides that they want to challenge any charges they have incurred with the purchase of their animal, we advise that you contact us before doing so whether the charge back is not  intentionally done ( friendly fraud ) or done with malicious intentions either through your credit card company or whatever financial institution the buyer may use we at Round Table Dragons will rightfully fight any Fraudulent Charge Backs and pursue with legal action in such case as well as adding any legal fee's or other monetary loss of money . In the event that the charge back was done while the animal was on hold and before it was not paid in full Round Table Dragons will then exercise it's rights to repost the animal for sale and buyer will forfeit all money's paid.
